Had a great time. Sadly the two lovely people who ran it have retired so it is not longer a Bed and Breakfast.
we just spent our honeymoon at the springview bed and breakfast, we enjoyed it so much, the area is so beautiful and the people are very friendly. the owners phil, roz and tami are so wonderful that make you feel so welcome and at home,the breakfast is so good and they set down with us and we talked about the area and learned alot. we highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to spend time in a very relaxing place and feel so relaxed and have fun. we give them a 10 star rating and will keep going back there every chance we get. the rooms are beautiful
Phil and Ros have created a wonderful get-away spot with a nice combination of privacy and fellowship. Breakfast starts with introductions of the guests, followed by a delicious meal. Coffee, tea and snacks always available. Each room has a nice TV and DVD player, but we rarely used them because the grounds are so beautiful. They have a nice paddle pontoon boat you can take for a leisurely excursion on the pond. Wonderful, kind, Amish neighbors can give you a buggy ride and tour. All the rooms are beautiful and the beds clean and spacious. Small refrigerators and microwaves in the rooms let you help economise or customize your eating for lunch and dinner. When Ros found out I'd had a heart attack a month previous to our trip, she made me a special Egg Beaters souffle so I wouldn't over indulge in the incredible regular souffle that was so tempting that morning. Bring your camera. Two thumbs up!
The hosts of this countryside bed & breakfast make an excellent location and countryside experience with well supplied rooms. Breakfast is simple and sufficient. Hear plenty of crickets at night. Great accommodations.
