The staff here are always so helpful. When I adopted my dog they made sure that I got all of the coupons I could use and gave me additional discounts for grooming on top of that. They were very flexible and forgiving when I had to reschedule the grooming appointment a few times. I would of course prefer to spend my money at a locally owned feed store, but I have been so happy with the customer service at this Petco every time I've been.
I bought a pet snake and it won't take frozen mice or any other food unless it is live and they refuse to sell to me anymore. They used to sell to me and now they don't. I thought I found a reliable place to go to for my pet's food with understanding that she won't take pre-dead food and then they turn around and don't care. I absolutely despise this place and their crappy staff.
Very helpful Lizard and Fish specialists. Unfortunately there is only one of them there at a time, which is understandable because of employee shift changes. Thank you Petco of goshen, you guys are the best.

I took my very timid 50 pound puppy for a nail trim today. The staff was very kind and helpful and really helped to ease my pup's fears! It was beyond worth the $10 for a nail trim!
The staff here are rude and uncaring. For you and your pets. Their staff are not knowledgeable for the pets they sell so good luck getting correct care information if you want anything other than a cat, dog or hamster.
