I love boost mobile
The staff here are slow, unprofessional, and will take your money. I had to return a phone after it would not work... Returned it that afternoon and the lady kept my receipt. Later that day I found out my card was charged an extra 90 and then they refused to credit me my money because I did not have my receipt. This store is a joke!! Seriously don't waste your time or your money here! Never doing business here again.
I went to change from services because the cost and the lady was really rude didn't really help me didn't gave me any options really it's your job lazy lady I think holding store sign you will do better sorry but really bad service just because I have respect I didn't answer the way she was but never coming back to this unprofessional services.
Everytime i come i feel welcomed the service is an in and out for me, quick!
No one here can help you with any technical stuff at all all they'll tell you to do is call a number. Phones suck too. It all depends on what you pick and only a select few are any good don't go here
