My girlfriend asked me to meet her here on her lunch, but since it was later in the afternoon, I just had water and kept her company. So I have not had the food at this specific Applebees, but I have had it many other times at other locations and have never really been disappointed. The appetizers are good and they usually have at least one craft beer on tap, sometimes a couple more depending on the location.
Love the wraps there. The appetizers were really good. I had a very good waiter named Casey.
I shared a review about this location a month ago. I got the standard response that everyone gets that has a complaint about how they are sorry and please call their customer resolution line to discuss the situation further. I called the number provided and got a voicemail message to leave my name and phone number and someone would get back to me. It has been over a week since I called and I still have not heard back from them. Apparently Applebee's does not care about their customers. If they did, they would not allow their restaurant to keep getting the same complaints week after week which anyone can see by looking at their reviews and they also would have returned my call. Applebee's used to be one of our favorite restaurants but not anymore. There are too many other restaurants available that appreciate our business and work hard at providing a pleasant dining experience to their patrons.
Service was slow. The food was cooked wrong and took 35 minutes to get. Other days it was fine.
Terrible. Burned vegetables. And my well done steak was definatly red in the middle. They did do a discount for the veggies though. I have not been in here for over a year because it was so bad last time. Don't think I will be trying again.
The server here on the day of my visit was very friendly and my girlfriend enjoyed her meal. It was a well priced lunch special.
