I drove an hour to get to this shop, with one mission that day and that was to replace my stock stereo deck in my Camry. Turns out I should have made an appointment. So I almost didn't have anything done but was glad I got to see what was what, and get a price. The staff there did everything to earn my business that day, and had a slot open up to get the work done. They gave me a loaner so I could go and get lunch and do some other light shopping. The estimate of time they gave me was spot on and the work was excellent clean and professional. Thank you GNC Customs.
Jeremiah and the crew did a fantastic job on installing my remote start. It took couple hours and now it works flawlessly. Their prices are very reasonable and the service is outstanding. Highly recommend!
I had a bad experience with another shop in the area and was even more disappointed when I found I didn’t get all products I had paid for. I called them and with little uncomfortable conversation they gave me what I paid for product wise. A few weeks after I was having performance issues with my sound system I bought from them plus had them install. They looked at it but it was ultimately the same afterwards and they got more of an attitude plus defensive when all I wanted is what I was told I was getting and paid for. After all that and being extremely frustrated I wanted to give up but decided to atleast go to gnc customs to see what they had to say. When I got there I was impressed by there show room and could tell it was a friendly atmosphere. Not long after arriving josh came and asked if he could help me. I explained my situation and after talking which I could tell he knew his stuff. I went with what he recommended and scheduled to have the work done. I haven’t had it done yet but I feel extremely comfortable with them and have no worries. They did everything to earn my business and more and that’s why I bought extra products from them I wasn’t concerned with getting until later on down road. I look forward to my appointment with them and getting what I wanted done the first time and fixing the half assed install I received from those other guys. Overall I’m very happy with them as I almost didn’t go to them. Thanks josh for the help and advice so far
These guys are the best. Very professional and very clean installations. I have 2 amps, 3 subwoofers, an extra battery, LED lights installed under my dash and under my back seats, LED headlights, and an automatic car starter that works from my phone! I can't even tell where they ran all of the wires for everything. They always go above and beyond to make sure everything is done right. This is the only place I will go for all aftermarket work I want done.
