We got totally ripped off, the house we bought was completely covered in mold and gas leaks. The inspector ( who happened to be the agents cousin ) that the agent highly recommended completely lied to us and we had to Sue him for our money back and negligence. Nightmare, our son still has breathing problems from the mold.
We had a challenging purchase as the owners were out of state and with very poor health. Nic Wyse was not only able to keep the deal together but also keep us patient with the process. I had a previous short sale on record from the housing bubble and he was even able to help with financing. He was very responsive in the process and worked to make it a fair deal for us. We had challenges with last years snow and the house not being occupied. Nic showed up with a shovel in hand ready to help dig the house out. He was not pushy in his services and wanted to make sure it was a win for everyone involved.
What can I say? Dean Slabach was an absolute treasure to find at remax. Got us a house within 30 days of deciding. Passionate folks who definitely treat you right. I highly recommend going here if you're interested in buying a house.
