I had a terrible fall in my bathroom in January 2016. It took me over 6 hours to get up because of nerve and arthritis problems. The truth is I was just way over weight! I decided to check into bariatric surgery and came across the Goshen Physicians Center For Weight Reduction. I decided I must start dieting before I even started the process. I was in such bad health that one of the coordinator's, Brad, had to push me out to my car in a wheel chair on my initial visit to find out about the program. I finally had the surgery on March 8th, 2017. So far on my journey I have lost 223 Lbs.!! The surgery isn't the only thing that will make you lose the weight. You still have to learn how to eat properly and exercise on a normal basis. With the wonderful staff they teach you all the wonderful resources to head you back to a normal healthy life. The staff basically saved my life! I continue on a strict daily regiment to continue what I have wanted my whole life, a clean, healthy lifestyle!!!
