I would never recommend this place to anyone. Dr Bigler traumatized my child . Parents please listen to your gut instinct! There is a reason why he doesn’t allow parents to go back !

He was very short with my child and refused to let me be back in the room. My child did not feel safe and was not happy..

We had seen Dr Bigler for 6-7 years with my 3 biological children. We went twice a year for cleanings and also for any cavities, caps or spacers, etc that needed done. We then adopted a special needs child and that's when the troubles began. Dr Bigler really needs to be educated on various special needs of kids, adoption issues, sensory issues, insurance red tape and listening to his patients. He was would not listen even when I tried to explain my daughter's needs and how abandonment and trauma impact all aspect of a child's life so he could figure out the best treatment for her. I was told our bill would be over $1500 to get my daughters teeth fixed in our initial visit, but our insurance wouldn't give her coverage for a full year till we had proof that she was indeed a citizen(lots of red tape) and i told his office this twice and they gave me no other options to get services rendered.. As soon as she received full coverage we took her in immediately for services only for Dr Bigler to call CPS on us because we had 'neglected' her dental care for the year we fought with insurance( despite a proven history of committed dental care for all of our other children with Dr Bigler). If you go to this Dentist you better be sure you do exactly what he says and what he wants when he wants you to, regardless of any special needs, or insurance/money issues. Also, I was told my daughter would get full nitrous oxide and he didn't give her any. Pinned her down to a board when she can only sign to communicate and we had no idea what effects- if any -Novocaine had on her and she couldn't even let us know if it hurt by using sign(since her arms would strapped down). She screamed bloody murder the whole time( and she never cries out when hurt), so I am assuming she was not numb. I was told she just "felt pressure". This is a child that has a severe distrust of strangers and had never had any dental work done in her life. You can only imagine how traumatic this was for her. Both my older children(age 11 and 10) told me a couple stories of him not listening to them when they said they were in pain during procedures but they thought that's just how all dentist visits were for every child. I have since talked to other parents who have had similar experiences too. Know what you are getting yourself into if you go to Dr Bigler and insist you always go back with your child at a dentist so you know what's going on.

I will never recommend this place.

I have been taking my kids here for some years now. I haven’t really had any issues so far.
