I've been with Synergy for almost a year. I have had a really great experience with them. I started out pulling singles and then moved up to pulling three. The staff is very forgiving and over looking things. I have made a lot of mistakes with them and they help me through those from break downs, medical and bad service on my end. They work very very hard to get you where you want to go. I don't plan on going anywhere. I want to give two thumbs up to Lisa and the rest of the staff. They go above and beyond to make the drivers happy.
Would not make this my 1st or last choice as a driver. The freight in inconsistent and the office staff is very rude to say the least. Lack of communication with them is at an all time high ! Ran one trip after I was begged to join them with great promises and then nothing. Ran one trip over six months ago and still no bond !

Nearly a month here. I've driven semis OTR for 40 years, hotshot for four more and campers only for a month. Synergy Transport seems to be doing something right. Trucking is a funny business...you want to be home, yet the itch to travel still knaws at you...well this outfit let's you do that go hard or go home. The freight is there, the rates are average or maybe a little above. They pay quick with a cash/fuel/debit card. First they advance you 50% to run on, then you deliver phone scan in your paperwork...bang you're paid the remainder! Pick your freight, pick your destination and pick your income.. it's that simple!
