Awful...I'm not from Goshen and I chose to come here for a mani pedi combo. The service is terrible. I was there for close to two hours and never even got my mani! The lady said she had appointments come in and couldn't finish the services I initially requested. Horrible waste of time.
Only put one coat on toes and no top coat on any of the toes except the one with the design. They started chipping within 3 days. For $26 we should get better quality. Nice people though.
I love having my nails and pedicured done here and I will continue to go. The people are really nice and do exactly as you ask.
I got shellac on my nails Tuesday June 13. I paid $27 dollars for it. On the second day my shellac started to become discolored. The nail polish was supposed to be tan. It was turning black. I hadn't ever had shellac before so I wasn't sure why this could happen. After one week having my nails done the shellac started to peel and chip. I called today to see if the owner (who did my nails) was able to fix them. I explained to her what had happened and she told me first that it was because I had never had shellac before. Then she told me that it was the color I picked out. I told her I didn't think it was fair that I paid $27 dollars for only getting my nails painted and this was happening after a week in a half. I also told her I wanted to call and see if she was willing to make things right before I made a review of her company. She hung up on me! I DO NOT recommend this business to anyone!!! Awful service and products.
Went in for mani/pedi and they did a pretty nice job (not super) on both. Love the massage chairs while you are soaking! She talked me into shellac and results were good. Polish stayed over 2 weeks. Tried getting it off on my own, and that was a mess. Planning to go back although I will bring what I want for an undercoat to help my nails, and just going for polish this trip - no shellac. People were super nice and clearly doing their best to satisfy the customer. Drawback was the language barrier - I have yet to find a nail place where I can understand their English; I am just not good with anyone that has a heavy accent (from any language).
