I want to give this place negative stars worst doctors office experience ever they always make me wait about 45 mins to b c after my appointment time n i come on time this last time i was about 15 mins late because i called n said i was broke down about a mile away n would b walking to them considering the fact im not from goshen n drive 40 mins already to b seen they asked me to reschedule really im due today how long is the wait gonna b because im stranded at the moment oh they didnt know didn't offer me help at all so worst place ever
WORST STAFF THEY ARE SO RUDE!!! can't even unerstand one of them on the phone because they're so monotoned and sh*tty!!! I don't reccommend to anyone!!
I'd also like to write a review on IU Health Goshen Physicians OBGYN. Since becoming pregnant with twins, I switched to this OBGYN from my GP. I am so happy I did. Dr. Spencer is wonderful, and all of the nurses I have met have been excellent too. They are friendly, answer my hundreds of questions (which I have) and are very understanding. Susan K., Kira, and Mary are all stand outs to me. Thanks to them for keeping me sane during this pregnancy.
I wish I could give less than one star. The doctors there are completely incompetent and their staff are amount some of the most stupid people I've ever conversated with. After requesting Dr. Cuddeback as my obgyn I was never actually seen by her EVER. Never once met the woman or spoke with her. The office never answers the phones and has no idea what's going on. You have to speak with someone directly to get test results back and you never find out until weeks later after you finally get ahold of them. I've gotten several bills from them yet every time I call to pay they say I have a balance of $0. Complete idiots. I had to switch to a better doctor and so glad I did! I love my new Ob!
