Lowell is a good guy
I had okay service at RAP Automotive, but the company did not honor the estimate they gave me. Fixing my heater cost more than $100 more than the estimate. This was AFTER I paid in the $250-range for them to determine what was wrong in the first place. After receiving the estimate, I called other companies to see what they charged and it was comparable. I will seriously reconsider using them again. They couldn't be bothered to tell me about the cost changes even though I was sitting in their waiting area.
Was overcharged GREATLY. No communication before work was performed on vehicle. Had to pay them to STOP working on my car, and put it back the way it was. Took it some where else and even paying 2 bills instead of 1 saved hundreds off the quote I was given when they were already half way into it WITH NO AUTHORIZATION.
We take all of our work trucks here and have always had great customer service. Lowell is awesome to work with and always tries to work us into the schedule. They work extra hard to keep us getting in and out efficiently. Thanks
