Standard location, clean, and relatively small. My beef with Panera in general is they do lack the ability to provide a good breakfast although their name is a bakery!!!! They suck so much in making a basic eggs and cheese sandwich! tried it in many types of carbs ( bagels, croissant, brioche..) and every time is worse than the other. They don't grill it the classic way ( the panini grilling marks grill). so the cheese was never melt and it just tastes weird.
This Panera Bread restaurant is a nice place to eat. The chain brand is costly but offer free Wi-Fi and good tasty food. At times their menu selections may be limited due to lack of an ingredient that they did not have at the time. Still, a better alternative to unhealthy fast food that is not good for you. Parking can be limited at times.
I came in early one morning to get breakfast for my co-worker and I. My card kept declining. The young lady behind the register had told me they had been having trouble with several other customers cards due to a specific bank sending new chip cards out ( Nothing to do with Panera or their machines) I come to this Panera often "very often" so I was not only embarrassed but upset that my co-worker was expecting breakfast and I was going to have to explain this to her. The manager walked up and paid for my breakfast for me with no question. Not only is the food good but the managers and employees are very people friendly.
This is a nice place to eat with a close friend or alone. It is quiet and peaceful enough to read, study, or have an intimate conversation with someone. The food is delicious, fresh, and unique to each season. The lobby is tidy and the staff is friendly and efficient. I love going here after a busy day of shopping to just unwind and get a good meal.
