I would continue to rate Interra very highly but this branch, though convenient, has twice been seemingly confused and unhelpful when dealing with theft of checks, general information and establishing new services.... Even after confirming services by phone and being directed there by the downtown branch. For anything more difficult than simple deposits. ... It really is much quicker and much more secure to simply drive the extra distance tobthe downtown branch.... That being said.... The Waukarusa and Shipsie locations have always been similar to downtown in terms of service.... And technical knowledge.... Not sure why Dunlap is the significant exception...
